Hello! I'm Hannah, and I'm excited to work together!

It began with The Hobbit, as it does for many. The love for fiction, for storytelling, for escaping, emerged and planted itself deep within me, and I've loved every moment since. Growing up, my nose was always buried deep within the pages of books or scribbling in my notebook (usually at inappropriate times). I've always known my future would revolve around books, and I am lucky that it has come to fruition.

I earned my BFA in Creative Writing with a minor in Literature. A decade later, I've honed that passion into a career. Although my professional portfolio has expanded beyond coursework, I view my clients as fellow storytellers and peers.

When I collaborate with an author, I approach their story as a reader first. I am proficient in proofreading and copyediting, and developmental editing is my specialty. My favorite authors grow in their craft so they become better writers and storytellers.

While I specialize in adult fiction, I also work with authors of nonfiction, juvenile fiction, and poetry. As a fellow writer, I respect and appreciate how precious our stories are, and I'm honored to be involved in any step of the process.
